I have been LEO & Detention Instructor for over twenty years, and am listed with the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals as an Expert in the aforementioned. He is a great Christian, Husband, Family Man. I have known and worked with Todd since the 90’s when he was serving in the Active Duty Air Force at Keesler AFB. After his retirement he and I worked with each other at the Gulfport Police Department. I have know Todd, Officer Todd, Brother in Christ Todd, etc. Todd’s character and integrity are the reason he is where he is today. His Desire to serve is a lifelong commitment.
